## Cost

### How much does a website cost with Kyvrel?

Our six products start at $5,000 for a landing page and go to $25,000 for a web app or SaaS MVP. A corporate website starts at $8,500. The calculator shows a line-by-line estimate before you talk to anyone.

### Is the price really fixed?

Yes. After discovery you get one written price for the agreed scope. It changes only if the scope changes, and every change is priced in writing before any work starts.

### How do payments work?

Discovery is invoiced up front. The build price it fixes is split into milestone invoices tied to the stages in the proposal, so you never pay far ahead of the work you have approved.

### Why not use a cheaper template or a freelancer?

Sometimes you should. A template or a solo freelancer is often right for a first site under $5,000. We are a better fit when the site has to sell to careful buyers, rank, and keep working with a team behind it.

## Timeline

### How long does a website project take?

One to two weeks for a landing page, four to five for a corporate website, ten to twelve for an online store and twelve to sixteen for a web app. Each product page lists its timeline, and the calculator adjusts it for size and languages.

### Can you deliver faster?

Yes, on a priority schedule (+20%) or a rush schedule (+40%) when the team has capacity. The faster schedule is written into the contract with its own milestone dates.

### What happens if you miss a deadline?

Milestone dates are in the contract. If we miss one for reasons on our side, we credit part of that milestone's fee for every week of delay, and you see the delay in the Friday note before it happens.

## Ownership

### Who owns the code, the domain and the designs?

You do. We create the domain, hosting, repository, CMS and design files in your accounts, or move them there before launch. We work as invited users and you can remove us at any time.

### Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. Content lives in a CMS your team can use without us. Handover includes a recorded walkthrough and a written editing guide for every page template.

### Can we move to another team later?

Yes. The code is in your repository with a README, the stack is mainstream, and there is no proprietary builder. Another team can pick it up without asking us for anything.

## Working with Ukraine

### Is it reliable to work with a team in Ukraine right now?

We plan for it in writing. Every team member has backup power and two internet connections, every role has a named backup person, and all project data lives in your accounts.

### Which hours do you work?

09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday. That gives seven to eight hours of overlap with the UK and the EU, and four or more hours with the US East Coast when you need it.

### Will we work in English?

Yes. Calls, documents and the Friday note are in English, and every page of copy goes through a native-level English review before you see it. We also work in Ukrainian and Spanish.

## After launch

### What if something breaks after launch?

Bugs in what we built are fixed free for 60 days after launch. After that, a support plan covers fixes and updates, or you can call us in for a quoted job.

### Do we have to buy a support plan?

No. Support plans are optional and listed with prices on the pricing page. Many clients run the site themselves after handover.

### Will a new site hurt our Google rankings?

Not if the migration is planned. Every redesign includes a redirect map for each indexed URL, Search Console checks on launch day and 30 days of monitoring with fixes included.
